Architectural Project Manager

Description

• Lead and support project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with design vision and client goals
• Prepare fee proposals, track project budgets, and monitor expenses to maintain financial performance
• Evaluate scope changes and manage updates to project fees, schedules, and deliverables
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, supporting design teams through key project milestones
• Collaborate closely with consultants to coordinate technical requirements while preserving design intent
• Contribute strategic solutions to complex design and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee the development, coordination, and submission of design documentation at all project phases
• Review project documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent and contractual requirements
• Support consultant selection, onboarding, and coordination in partnership with internal teams and clients
• Drive clear communication and alignment across project teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Travel to project sites to coordinate with consultants and client teams as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, including 3+ years in a Project Manager role
• Proven experience working on a variety of project types, including projects through construction
• Proficiency in Revit is required
• Experience with international projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $72.00/hr.
