Job Title: Architectural Surveyor
Job Description
The Architectural Surveyor will travel across the country to perform surveying duties using digital cameras for retail and commercial sites. This role involves conducting condition assessments on buildings and drafting findings into AutoCAD. Typically, the surveyor will complete 2 or 3 surveys per week, with site visits taking 3-4 hours, or longer for larger sites. Responsibilities include collecting utility locations, MEP information, architectural details, and ceiling dimensions. Surveys may require accessing roofs and using ladders. Training will be provided for survey duties.

Work Environment
This role involves traveling to sites 75% of the time and working from home for drafting and report writing 25% of the time. Typically, you will work 50-55 hours per week, including 10-15 hours of paid travel time. The company will handle flight bookings, and will cover expenses for food, gas, and transportation. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
