HOK New York is seeking BIM Coordinators to join our growing Transportation practice.
We are expanding our transit work across the region, shaping some of the most complex and transformative infrastructure projects in the country. Our team is at the forefront of transit and urban design, bringing together deep technical expertise with a strong design voice. We work on projects that redefine how people move through cities, creating connected, intuitive environments that serve communities for generations.

The Role
In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Transportation along with Project Managers and Project Designers to lead the technical delivery of high-profile transit projects, from early design through construction. You will contribute across all phases of project development, supporting the design vision while ensuring coordination across disciplines and the delivery of clear, comprehensive construction documentation. You will serve as a key technical resource to the team, helping guide design decisions, resolve complex challenges, and ensure projects are executed with precision.
As our transit practice continues to grow, you will play an important role in delivering civic infrastructure that will support communities and mobility for decades to come.
Performs model management, quality control, training, and other BIM-related assignments based on input from the project team and guidance from Design Technology leadership.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education and location. The reasonably expected range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. Other compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
