Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing multifamily architectural projects
  

• Proven experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
  

• Licensed Architect (California license preferred)
  

• Experience managing client relationships, project teams, scope, fees, schedules, profitability, and collections
  

• Strong mentoring and team leadership experience
