Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and support to clients in a home or facility setting.
• Design and implement engaging activities tailored to clients' interests and abilities.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and promote a positive atmosphere.
• Document care and activities accurately to ensure continuity and quality of service.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to optimize client care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to engage clients in activities and foster a positive environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening as required.
