PURPOSE

Prioritizes, directs and coordinates the activities of four or more restaurants in their Area, to continually strengthen the Concept\'s Brand position and maximize its sales and profitability.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Essential Accountabilities (Applies to All Restaurants in their Area)

People (Most Important):

• Management Staffing/ Development: Cover 100% of shifts with MIC\'s capable of executing all operational expectations
• Team member staffing/ Development: Cover 100% of the shifts with adequate staffing & Aces in all key positions
• Succession Plan: Active plan for key positions (GM, AGM, SL, TT)
• Strive to meet staffing targets for area
• Employee Morale: Ensures fair & equal treatment of all employees, follows-up on VOC action plans, provides good & timely performance evaluations and addresses all employee concerns with urgency
• Management Training: Ensures the management teams are trained and share the responsibilities of: recruiting new hires, training, coaching & evaluating employees.
• Coaching: Raises the performance of employees through effective coaching skills
• Communicates all Group & Brand programs & initiatives and ensures execution
• Hold teams accountable in achieving Group & Brand standards and provide progressive disciplinary actions as needed

Compliance (Applies to All Restaurants in their Area)

• Government Laws: Ensures strict compliance with applicable laws
• Company Policies: Ensures strict compliance with all company policies and addresses all violations with urgency
• Brand Compliance: Ensures compliance with all Brand audits to maintain satisfactory standings while addressing all violations with urgency

Financials (Applies to All Restaurants in their Area)

• Inventory and Labor: Understands the KPI\'s of Inventory & Labor controls and capable of controlling them to expectations
• Follow-Up: Follows up daily on Sales, Loss prevention, COS and COL variances
• Problem Solving: Able to Troubleshot/Correct COS, COL, Ops variances
• Management Training: Ensures the management teams are trained and share the responsibilities of: ordering products, projections & scheduling, daily key cost awareness/ reaction and P&L analysis
• Verify Period End inventories for accuracy
• Strives to drive year-over-year growth in Sales and Profit
• Knowledge and understanding of trade area and sales drivers

Operations (Applies to All Restaurants in their Area)

• Understands all Brand operational standards and ensures execution
• Delivers outstanding customer service while addressing and providing resolutions to customer complaints
• Delivers and executes satisfactory FSCC and ensures product quality meets Brand standards
• Ensure restaurants maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Consistently raises the bar for Brand standards execution

Assets (Applies to All Restaurants in their Area)

• Consistently maintains exterior/ interior grounds & facilities
• Corrects all asset deficiencies with urgency
• Eliminates any potential for liability with urgency
• Aware of expiries of all restaurant leases in Area

Safety (Applies to All Restaurants in their Area)

• Creates an Area culture that makes safety Priority #1
• Strictly enforces Safety Rules and Policies within area
• Identifies and reports safety observations and provides corrective action with urgency
• Responds to all Safety Concerns with a high degree of urgency
• Ensure that safety is a priority for all employees. Act in a safe manner and do not put self or others at risk. Safety is everyone\'s responsibility.

Availability:

• Open availability
• Minimum 5 day, 50 hour work week
• Must be available to work any time and any day.
• Available to work anywhere on assigned island(s)
• Need reliable transportation to tour stores and to support business needs
• Area Coaches will work varying schedules to include at a minimum of All Fridays, 2-Saturdays & 2 Closings per Period & 1 Sunday every other Period or as business needs require

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Physical and/or Medical Requirements
• Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.
