We're looking for a sharp, driven Area Coach to lead a portfolio of restaurants across the Cincinnati market for one of the largest and fastest-growing franchise organizations in the United States. Compensation: $90,000–$95,000 base | Performance bonus | Full benefits

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a portfolio of General Managers and their teams to consistently hit operational and financial targets
- Own your area's P&L — drive top-line sales, manage labor productivity, control food cost, and improve profitability
- Stay close to the front line — spend meaningful time in restaurants coaching, observing, and reinforcing standards
- Build a strong internal succession pipeline by identifying and developing the next generation of restaurant leaders
- Drive consistent operational execution across all locations including food safety, brand standards, and guest experience
- Partner with senior leadership to roll out new initiatives, programs, and brand directives across your market
- Address performance gaps quickly and decisively through structured coaching and accountability
- Champion the organization's culture and values in every interaction with your teams
What You Bring
- 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or a comparable fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of developing General Managers and building high-performing teams
- Strong P&L acumen — you understand the numbers, you own them, and you know how to move them
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple locations
- A servant-leadership mindset combined with an unwavering sense of urgency and accountability
- Clear, authentic communicator who connects people to purpose and inspires performance
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and restaurant management technology
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Cincinnati market
