30+ Hours per Week (Includes Rotating Weekends)
$16–$19/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring an Area Cleaning Supervisor to support multiple client locations across the Fort Wayne area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and values doing things the right way.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee and support cleaning technicians across multiple locations
- Travel daily throughout the greater Fort Wayne area
- Inspect facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality standards
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Step in to assist with cleaning when needed
- Communicate with clients and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure teams have the supplies and support they need to succeed
