Description
Greenville University is seeking an Area Coordinator to join our Student Integrated Success Team. The Area Coordinator (AC) is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and oversight for assigned residential communities while fostering a safe, inclusive, and developmentally rich living environment that supports Greenville University's mission and values.
As an educator and mentor, the Area Coordinator intentionally cultivates student growth by helping residents connect their academic experiences with personal, social, spiritual, and leadership development. Through the supervision of student leaders, crisis response, community development, and administrative management, the Area Coordinator plays a critical role in student success, retention, and belonging.
This is a full-time, live-in position requiring the employee to reside in an assigned campus residence.

Compensation and Benefits (salary: $35,600 plus benefits)
This is a full-time, live-in position that requires the Area Coordinator to reside within their assigned residential community as an integral part of fostering a vibrant and supportive campus environment.
