What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of HCBS Services in your assigned area
- Ensure compliance with HCBS standards, state codes, and internal policies
- Coordinate and develop Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
- Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, evaluations, and scheduling
- Maintain communication with families, service providers, and funding bodies
- Monitor individual rights, safety, and service quality
- Participate in on-call rotation and fill shifts as needed
- Manage documentation, funding authorizations, and individual records
- Promote a positive culture and proactive risk management
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
OR Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience - Prior supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of HCBS and Habilitation programs preferred
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
