Definition of Classification:
Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Operations and Analytics, this position serves as the front face of the Office of Licensure and Credentialing, responding to phone inquiries and assisting walk-in visitors. This role requires on-site presence in the office.
This position also provides oversight of compliance documentation processes, conducting thorough quality reviews of student-submitted documents for credential program requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformity with regulatory and institutional standards.
Working hours are flexible and can be scheduled at any time Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, based on mutual agreement and the needs of the University.

Working Conditions:
Standard office and field setting. Duties performed are primarily in an office environment while sitting at a desk or computer workstation or in meetings. At least minimal environmental controls to assure health and comfort. Must be flexible and able to work evening and weekend hours.
Physical Demands:
Incumbents regularly stand for long periods of time; speak clearly and distinctly to provide information; see to read fine print and operate computer; hear and understand voices over telephone and in person; use hands and fingers to operate an electronic keyboard or other office machines; walk on a regular basis; travel to various locations; finger dexterity may be required to utilize and operate the specialized tools and equipment; distinguish colors and have depth perception; reach with hands and arms; pushing, pulling lifting and occasional crawling; stoop or kneel or crouch; and lift, carry and/or move objects typically weighing up to 10 pounds.
