Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Job Title: Area Office Service CoordinatorLocation: Madison, WI - Onsite 12 months+Job Summary:Under the direction of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM), the Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations, implementations, service expansions, and administration of Managed Services Accounts across multiple customer locations. This role requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform various office support functions including mailroom, print production, reception, equipment support, and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations for contracted services across assigned customer accounts. Travel between multiple client sites as needed to cover absences, vacations, training, or business needs. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, sorting, distribution, and delivery. Perform print production, copying, scanning, and document finishing tasks. Answer phones, assist visitors, and provide front desk support. Replace toner, troubleshoot office equipment, and place service calls for machines. Assist management with process improvements, testing procedures, and compliance. Support implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions. Train and onboard new employees; cross-train peers. Maintain Site Procedure Guides and ensure compliance. Conduct visual inspections for safety and service quality. Collect operational data for Monthly Operations Reviews. Escalate customer concerns and assist in resolution. Maintain a customer-focused environment with high service standards. Submit mileage and expense reports accurately and on time.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 12 months of related office/customer service experience. Valid driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle. Clean driving record (MVR required). Ability to travel locally between sites (40–50 miles). Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Flexible schedule availability.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Push/pull equipment up to 400 lbs. on wheels. Frequent walking between buildings and local driving.Work Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexibility required (some sites open as early as 6:00 AM or close after 7:00 PM; occasional weekends)Work Locations:Multiple client locations including Beloit, Freeport, Madison, Middleton, Fitchburg, Mazomanie, Oconomowoc, and surrounding areas.Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
