Area Customer Service Coordinator 
Location: Minneapolis, MN & Various Customer Sites
Contract: 12 Months+
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Driving:Required – Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license. Mileage reimbursed.

Job Summary

The Area Office Service Coordinator supports daily operations across multiple sites within an assigned geographical area. This is a highly mobile role requiring travel between customer sites, providing coverage for onsite personnel, supporting implementations, and delivering mail, print, copying, scanning, and general office services.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, is adaptable, learns quickly, works well under pressure, and can effectively manage changing priorities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and contracted services at multiple customer locations.
• Provide onsite coverage for vacations, absences, training, implementations, and service expansions.
• Perform mailroom, print/copy, scanning, document processing, and office service activities.
• Receive, sort, distribute, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
• Operate copiers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment; replace toner and place service calls when needed.
• Assist with print jobs, document assembly, finishing, and quality checks.
• Respond to customer and end-user requests and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment and support customer satisfaction.
• Assist with new account implementations, process improvements, and procedural testing.
• Support onboarding and cross-training of new team members.
• Develop, maintain, and review Site Procedure Guides for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform daily visual inspections of site services and safety compliance.
• Collect operational data and assist with Monthly Operations Reviews.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and network/file management systems.
• Maintain accurate monthly expense reports and follow proper coding procedures.
• Travel between customer accounts, including locations approximately 40–50 miles apart, as business needs require.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months of related work experience.
• Valid, violation-free driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to meet Ricoh's required auto insurance and MVR standards.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing locations, priorities, and customer requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent walking between buildings and customer locations.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull wheeled equipment that may weigh up to 400 lbs. for repairs or relocation.
• Frequent local driving between assigned customer sites.
