Area Customer Service Coordinator Miami, FL (Onsite) 3 months (temp to hire) Mon-Fri ( 8:30am5:30pm) Driving: Yes (Candidates must be able to travel between Miami & Ft. Lauderdale and be flexible to working different job sites) This position will include greeting and checking in visitors, working at the reception desk, monitoring incoming facilities requests, processing meeting bookings, and heavy coordinating catering orders. The position may also include mail and/or administrative responsibilities. The hiring managers prefer to receive candidates with legal experience. Long periods of standing and walking will be required; the role does not take place entirely at the reception desk. The position also may require lifting, but nothing extensive, must be able to lift 25 lbs. and assistance is available. We are looking for an outgoing candidate, preferably with a hospitality background, and the opportunity to become permanent. The candidate will be at different worksites throughout Miami and Ft . Lauderdale. Parking is provided. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in visitors at reception Manage front desk and visitor experience Handle meeting room bookings and scheduling Coordinate catering orders and workplace requests Manage incoming facilities requests Sort and distribute mail and packages Provide administrative support as needed Travel between multiple client sites to provide coverage Support onboarding, training, and process improvements Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly Ensure compliance with site procedures and safety standards Requirements Education & Experience High School Diploma required Minimum 1 year of related experience Legal or corporate office experience preferred Hospitality or customer service background preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a professional attitude Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office) Problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to work both independently and in a team Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
