Area Customer Service Coordinator (Miami, FL)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Area Customer Service Coordinator to join our team working onsite at different worksites throughout Miami and Ft . Lauderdale.

Job Title: Area Customer Service Coordinator
Work Location: Miami, FL
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• This position will include greeting and checking in visitors, working at the reception desk, monitoring incoming facilities requests, processing meeting bookings, and coordinating catering orders.
• The position will also include print production, mail and/or administrative responsibilities.

Skills & Qualifications :

• The hiring managers prefer to receive candidates with legal experience.
• Long periods of standing and walking will be required; the role does not take place entirely at the reception desk.
• The position also may require lifting, but nothing extensive, must be able to lift 25 lbs. and assistance is available.
• We are looking for an outgoing candidate, preferably with a hospitality background, and the opportunity to become permanent.
• Dress Code: Business Attire
• Driving: Yes (Candidates must be able to travel between Miami & Ft. Lauderdale and be flexible to working different job sites)
• Parking is provided.
