Office Services Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, usually 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Flexibility is required. Some locations open as early as 6:00 AM, stay open until 7:00 PM or later, and some weekend hours may be required.
Location: This is a multi-site position in Midtown and Downtown Manhattan. All locations are accessible by public transportation. You may be asked to work at different locations during the day.
Job Duties
  • Greet visitors and answer phones
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Print, assemble, and bind documents
  • Refill printer paper and toner and clear paper jams
  • Schedule conference rooms
  • Communicate with customers in person, by phone, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Set up and clean up conference rooms
  • Stock kitchen supplies and keep office areas organized
  • Perform other office duties as needed
Requirements
  • Reliable and dependable

  • Willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic Microsoft 365 and computer skills
Preferred:
  • Reception, mailroom, print production, or hospitality experience
  • Law firm experience
