Job Title: Area Office Service Coordinator5 Month+ (Temp to Perm)Location: Multiple customer sites in Downtown San Francisco, CA and one site in San Rafael, CADriving required: YesJob SummaryWe are seeking a flexible and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple client locations in Downtown San Francisco and San Rafael. This role requires adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a variety of environments including law firms, corporate offices, retail sites, and warehouses.Key Responsibilities Support daily operations for multiple customer accounts within an assigned geographic area. Provide mailroom, shipping & receiving, reception, hospitality, conference room setup, and copy/print production services. Cover customer sites for absences, vacations, training, and new implementations. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Perform copy, scanning, printing, binding, and document production tasks. Set up and maintain conference rooms, meeting spaces, and hospitality services. Assist with onboarding and cross-training team members. Inspect site procedures for compliance, safety, and operational standards. Escalate customer concerns to management and support resolution through completion. Collect operational data and assist with monthly reporting. Maintain accurate expense reports and mileage submissions. Support process improvements and implementation of best practices. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 12 months of related customer service, office support, or operations experience required. Post-secondary education preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments and schedules. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, file management, and navigating shared folders. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions. Reliable transportation may be required. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on assignments.Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. Ability to push/pull wheeled equipment up to 400 lbs when needed. Ability to work in office and warehouse environments.Schedule Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Flexibility required; some sites may open as early as 6:00 AM or close after 7:00 PM Occasional weekend assignments may be requiredMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
