Job Description & Responsibilities:

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Area Customer Service Coordinator to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Stamford, CT.

This is a multi-site role - the contingent worker selected will be expected to drive a personal vehicle to commute to different worksites.

• This is a customer-facing role. Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in the area.
• Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services.
• Mailroom operations
• Print production (printing, assembling, binding)
• Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams)
• Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls
• Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications
• Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person
• Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas
• Conference room set up/take down
• Other duties, as assigned
• Employees may be re-assigned to another site in the morning or in the middle of the day.
• Shift hours may vary depending on location: 7am 4pm, 8am 5pm, 9am 6pm. Overtime may be required. Work week Mon Fri. Candidates must be available for work between 7am and 7pm and ready to adjust on short notice.

• Law Firm experience preferred

• Physical Requirements include lifting, standing, and walking.
• Candidate required to lift around 50 lbs. Lifting will be occasional when shipping/receiving packages, receiving catering orders.
• Some sites may require walking between different buildings.
• Printing assignments may require standing for extended periods.
• Dress Code: High-end Business Casual for professional setting
• Driving: YES, commute to Stamford CT, Greenwich CT, Tarrytown NY, Rye Brook NY, Armonk NY, Yorktown Heights NY.
• Additional background items: None; however, candidates must be willing to go through additional customer-specific background check and drug screening at a later time.
• COVID Vaccine Policy: Candidates must be fully vaccinated. At least one of the sites is the hospital. Yearly flu vaccination required.
