Hospice organization serving the IL and MO region in need of an
Area Hospice Director for the
Eastern St. Louis, MO / SW IL area. Medicare Hospice leadership experience as a registered nurse is required. This person will oversee day-to-day operations, budget, clinical performance, and contribute to census growth. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
Area Hospice Director Requirements- Hospice leadership experience.
- Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.
- Registered Nurse required, BSN preferred.
Area Hospice Director Job Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day area operations & clinical performance.
- Oversight of directly reporting clinical managers.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Work with business development team to grow census.
