Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to hotels in need, filling in for supervisory roles and assisting daily tasks.
• Travel on short notice within your assigned area, staying at locations for 1-3 weeks as required.
• Coach and train hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology.
• Support multiple hotel brands and master their operational systems and training programs.

Qualifications

• Verifiable hotel operational experience across multiple departments.
• Ability to travel on short notice, including same-day travel, and stay away from home for extended periods.
• Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift or carry up to 30 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for customer satisfaction.
• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and 10-panel drug screen.
