Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to hotels experiencing staffing shortages.
- Fill in for departmental supervisory roles as needed, ensuring smooth hotel operations.
- Travel on short notice within your assigned region, staying on-site for 1-3 weeks per assignment.
- Conduct one-day visits to assist with specific staffing challenges at individual properties.
- Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Verifiable hotel operational experience across multiple departments.
- Ability to travel on short notice, including same-day travel.
- Comfortable being away from home for extended periods.
- Capable of standing, walking for long periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer satisfaction standards.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
