    The Area HR Manager serves as a strategic HR partner responsible for deploying people strategies that support operational performance, business continuity, and measurable business outcomes. This role leads and develops HR professionals while overseeing key HR processes including talent acquisition, team member relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, compensation, benefits, learning and development, inclusion, and engagement.

    Your Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead deployment of group HR strategy by translating business priorities into measurable goals, KPIs, and leadership reporting.

    • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to group leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and business continuity.

    • Establish group-wide HR governance to ensure compliance, audit readiness, risk mitigation, and accountability across divisions.

    • Lead and develop divisional HR teams, including performance standards, operating rhythms, budget management, and succession planning for key HR roles.

    • Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery across the team member lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and continuous improvement.

    • Drive talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and inclusion strategies aligned to business needs.

    • Lead compensation, job architecture, market pricing, pay equity, and annual merit, incentive, and promotion processes.

    • Own HR analytics and continuous improvement initiatives, using workforce data to identify trends, guide action plans, and improve organizational outcomes.

    We are looking for talent with:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

    • Advanced degree (MBA, MHR, or similar) and additional HR certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

    • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a managerial or leadership role.

    • Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, and HR best practices.

    • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools, such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.

    • Demonstrated experience scaling HR programs in high-growth, complex, or matrixed organizations.

    • Experience with total rewards strategy, organizational design, large-scale change management, and DEI program design and measurement.

    • Proven ability to lead, develop, and build high-performing HR teams while partnering effectively with senior stakeholders.

    • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, sound judgment, and ability to manage complex, sensitive, and confidential matters.
