Area Manager

The Area Manager plays a critical role overseeing large teams of 31+ employees across multiple locations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position requires strong leadership and operational expertise to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, enhance employee retention, and increase customer satisfaction. Moderate regional travel is expected to ensure consistent performance and compliance across all sites, utilizing data analytics platforms for monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate large teams to achieve operational targets
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Monitor performance metrics including sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage budgets and control inventory across multiple locations
• Develop and deliver staff training programs
• Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance
• Prepare detailed reports and provide strategic planning insights
• Coordinate moderate regional travel to support area operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in area or operations management
• Expertise in sales strategy, leadership, and operations management
• Strong skills in data analysis, budgeting, and inventory management
• Excellent problem solving and communication abilities
• Proficient in customer service and time management
