Are you a strong people leader with a passion for quality, coaching, and operational excellence?Join Esquire as an Area Manager, Digital Reporting —a leadership role where you'll guide, develop, and support digital reporters while ensuring exceptional service delivery and record accuracy across your assigned service area.About the RoleThe Area Manager, Digital Reporting is responsible for overseeing the performance, quality, and development of digital reporters within an assigned region. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training, certification management, and quality assurance while serving as a coach, mentor, and subject matter expert in digital reporting systems, technologies, and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the selection and onboarding of digital reporters, including equipment coordination and onboarding plansProvide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing support to assigned digital reportersManage digital reporter licensure, certifications, and compliance requirementsPlan and deliver education on digital reporting systems, policies, compliance, products, and servicesConduct 30-60-90 day reviews and ongoing performance evaluationsUpdate and maintain digital reporter vendor profiles in NetSuiteBuild strong relationships with digital reporters, field offices, transcription teams, and internal stakeholdersAssist with resolving quality concerns related to digital reporters' work productMonitor and approve timecards and expense submissionsCommunicate reporter availability and performance updates to local field teamsParticipate in performance management processes, including documentation and corrective action when necessaryImplement regular quality evaluations to ensure record capture standards are metActively demonstrate and reinforce Esquire's valuesPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree preferredExperience: Five or more years of experience in the legal services industry preferredSkills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsTechnical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company technology platformsLeadership: Strong coaching ability with experience in performance management and adult learning principlesAttributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressureKnowledge: Understanding of court procedures, legal terminology, and digital reporting standardsWhat Success Looks LikeHigh percentage of jobs turned in on timeConsistent digital reporter audio and annotation qualityStrong overall digital reporter performance and engagementImproved digital reporter retention within the assigned areaWe offer a comprehensive benefits package includingInsurance: Medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability insurance, basic life insurance, and supplemental insurance for employees and their dependentsRetirement: Eligibility to enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with match contributionPaid Time Off: Employees receive two weeks of vacation leave per year, or 80 hours annuallyHolidays: 10 paid holidays per year and 2 paid floating holidays per yearSick Leave: 5 paid sick days per yearTuition Reimbursement: Financial assistance to support your career developmentWe're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
