  • Continuously review unit interpretation and application, partnering with leadership to develop new units and support pricing adjustments for future contract updates.
  • Partner with PSE Contract Management to keep both PSE and IFS in compliance with contract requirements, collaborating on updates, developing new units driven by volume changes, and supporting contract amendments as needed.
  • Partner continuously with PSE Contract Management to identify and address process issues, collaborate on improvements or revisions, and reduce recurring challenges to promote more efficient, aligned operations.
  • Review and track KPI performance, validate accuracy, follow up with operating bases for clarification, and coordinate adjustments with PSE Contract Management when required.
  • Promote alignment and consistency between IFS Superintendents and PSE Construction Management teams.
  • Collaborate with IFS Base Managers to maintain consistency across all operating bases, and provide support to Base Supervisors in the Manager’s absence.
  • Support the IFS Damage Claims team by assisting with investigations and contributing to liability determinations.
  • Work closely with the IFS Billing Manager to ensure accurate, consistent application of contract units, and provide guidance to billing staff on construction-related questions and clarifications.
  • Manage IFS Plat crews, Fuel Line crews, and MTT SMEs.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Locusview to effectively support SMEs and the Billing Department.
  • Other duties as needed.
