The Little Caesars Area Supervisor will report to the COO. They will be primarily responsible for [people, planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all operational activities within one to six Little Caesars restaurants. This role will oversee restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance. Additionally, the supervisor will ensure that the Little Caesars facility operates within operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Dress Code: Black slacks/jeans and no-slip shoes. Polo and Hat will be provided
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high-volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.

We are a locally owned and operated company, currently operating 46 Little Caesars and Jim's Steak and Spaghetti House Restaurant. We are located in WV, KY, and Ohio.
