Daily and Weekly:
Adhering to the company’s six fundamental pillars
Review each site's flash for accuracy, timeliness, and variance vs. the daily turns target; reconcile flash to billing and payroll by end of business Wednesday.
Review labor plan against projected and actual transactions; approve or challenge overtime.
Review accident and incident reports; escalate serious events the same day.
Interact with your teams everyday to ensure the success of the site(s)
Review the Ad Tracker and Interview Tracker daily — hiring is a daily discipline, not a monthly project.
Monitor COMPASS, DAYTONA, and Service Notes for task completion and scorecard movement where applicable.
Site visits on a published rotation; no site goes unvisited on a set interval.
Dashboard per site prepared and reviewed with the Regional Manager; client meeting or conference call using the dashboard.
Confirm bonus structures are in place and tracked; verify ancillary and out-of-scope services are billed per contract.
