Job Summary

The Area Manager, Warehouse Inventory Audit oversees daily inventory control and quality assurance activities within the warehouse. This role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness while supervising inventory and quality staff. The position partners with operations to prevent and resolve discrepancies.

Essential Job Functions*

  • Supervise daily cycle counts, audits, and quality inspections.
  • Assign and prioritize inventory and quality work.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and quality KPIs.
  • Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
  • Coach associates on inventory and quality procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and documentation standards.
  • Partner with operations to address root causes.
  • Support physical inventories and audits.
  • Review and approve inventory adjustments.
  • Reinforce safety and quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
  • 1+ year of leadership experience.

Work Environment

Quality Control: Fast-paced, standing on concrete floors up to 8 hrs/day. Exposure to loud noise. Functional vision and hearing required.

Quality Control: Medium, lifting up to 70 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs.
