Job Description
- Oversee safety across all Mid-Atlantic construction projects (NJ to Richmond)
- Conduct site visits and safety audits; ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to promote a culture of safety

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years of construction safety experience (GC, subcontractor, or builder/developer background preferred)
- Experience in multifamily is a plus, but not required
- Must not come from a safety consulting firm
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Mid-Atlantic region
- Must be in the Arlington office at least 1x/week and on-site 4 days/week

- Salary: $115K-$120K (flexible for the right candidate)
