Area Sales Director

Location: Texas (Dallas/ San Antonio/ Houston preferred)Spencer Rigby has partnered with a fast growing spine company who are entering a major commercial expansion phase driven by new product launches, fresh investment, and a broadening portfolio.We're looking for an Area Sales Director to lead and develop a high potential South Central territory covering Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. With established revenue streams and a strong distributor infrastructure already in place, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to build on existing momentum, accelerate growth, and further expand the company's market presence across the region.The OpportunityDrive commercial growth across an expanding spine portfolio, including a newly cleared 3D-printed cervical implant and an expandable ALIF platform.Manage and grow an established distributor and channel partner network across the region.Play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy as the business scales, with a clear pathway into future people leadership responsibilities.This opportunity is ideally suited to a high-performing Spine Regional Sales Manager or Distributor Manager ready to step into a director level position with people leadership to follow as the region scales.What we're looking forStrong spine industry relationships across Texas.Proven experience managing distributors and channel partners.Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset.ALIF experience strongly preferred.Comfortable building within an evolving organization.This is a business at a true inflection point, with board level commitment to building out its sales infrastructure, if you're a high-performing spine professional based in Texas ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
