Responsibilities
- Financial and Performance Management: Supervise all aspects of the assigned areas equipment sales business, ensuring alignment with financial targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Sales Team, setting and managing performance goals to drive individual and team success
- Customer Interaction and Experience: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and equipment manufacturing partners, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities to foster growth and profitability

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years related experience and/or related military experience
- Ability to do same day travel up to 75% with occasional overnight travel and work flexible hours
- Understanding of the key business drivers for our customers
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills including personal integrity, character, and the ability to build/lead a team of experts to consistently achieve results
