The job

As a Sales & Delivery Account Manager, you’ll drive a Red Bull truck, deliver product, build relationships with store teams, and grow sales through smart merchandising and strong execution. Your route includes everything from gas stations and dollar stores to major grocery chains.


You’re not cold-calling strangers all day - you’re working with real customers, creating momentum through consistency, service, and the right sales asks at the right time.


What you’ll do

  • Own your route: run your day, manage priorities, and keep your accounts winning
  • Deliver + sell: unload orders, rotate product, take orders, and keep records throughout the day
  • Merchandise like a pro: build great displays, improve placement, and make the shelf look spectacular
  • Grow sales: strengthen relationships, sell in displays, and execute national initiatives/promotions
  • Move volume: deliver a few hundred cases of Red Bull daily in a fast-paced, physical role


Schedule + pay

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm (No weekends)
  • Compensation: ~$50,000/year (base + KPI bonus)

Requirements (non-negotiables)

  • 21+ years old
  • Valid driver’s license for 2+ years + proof of insurance
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (cases of Red Bull)
  • Pass a DOT physical and certification
  • Clean driving record: no more than 2 events (tickets/accidents) over the past 5 years; no DWI in the last 5 years
  • Must pass a drug test
