Ours is a growing company that requires an experienced Sales Manager with proven experience in managing a sales team. You will develop business plans, and manage organizational sales by determining goals and making marketing strategies. You will work closely with the sales team and Sales Associates in generating leads and coordinating with the marketing department. You will determine performance metrics and set individual sales targets and facilitate sales training.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Make a business plan to cover sales, revenue, expenses, and assign budgets.

2. Set individual sales targets and manage organizational sales goals.

3. Track sales and generate a report and set metrics for sales.

4. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop a marketing strategy and lead generation.

5. Conduct training for sales associates and personnel.

6. Develop sales team and provide motivation, incentives, counseling, and product awareness and education.

7. Promote company products and services.

8. Target ideal customers and make the sales team understand how to engage them with our products.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration or other related field.

2. Experience in monitoring sales team and managing sales associates and marketing team.

3. Experience in customer relations.

4. Ability to lead a sales team.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Proven experience in customer service.

7. Experience in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
