Position Summary
The Area Sales Manager drives growth in SIMCO's calibration and service portfolio by renewing existing customer agreements on time, implementing annual price increases, and expanding market share through new business acquisitions. This role requires consistent territory coverage, disciplined pipeline development, and skilled application of value-based selling. Success in this position comes from understanding customer motivations, differentiating SIMCO beyond price, and achieving strong, steady performance across all key measures.
