Area Sales Manager - Protective Coatings - North Of Italy

The Area Sales Manager will drive the growth of our protective coatings portfolio across North Italy (Lombardy, Piemonte, Liguria, and Emilia-Romagna), with full ownership of achieving ambitious revenue targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong command of the full sales cycle-from proactive prospecting and strategic relationship-building to effectively closing deals. They will leverage excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate our value proposition in a compelling, clear, and professional manner, fostering strong customer partnerships and consistently delivering results.
