About the Role

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies within a designated geographic area and play a key part in helping us deliver exceptional homes and experiences.

This is an onsite position based in our St. George office.

What a Day in This Role Looks Like (Job Overview)

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, construction, and purchasing/estimating, to achieve sales targets and maintain the highest standards of excellence in the new home building industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Requirements

  • Must hold an active UT Real Estate license

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the new home building industry

  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed

  • Requires prolonged sitting, while working at the computer
