ROLE SUMMARY (PURPOSE)

The Area Sales Manager for Supply Chain Finance will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets across the assigned geography. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in expanding the organization's footprint and ensuring seamless delivery of supply chain finance solutions to clients.

Sales and business development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the zone.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to onboard corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem.

Strategic leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship officers to achieve and exceed performance objectives.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Develop and maintain a solid rapport with distribution points, as well as Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial and operational needs are met effectively.
