Summary:
Who We Are
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live. We know that the hospitality business, like life, is about how you make people feel. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support creative, integrated marketing initiatives for designated hotels and restaurants, helping to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and revenue across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain content calendars for hotel and restaurant social media channels.
Assist with Instagram Stories, reels, and other social activations.
Capture and edit informal property photography to support content needs.
Design basic marketing collateral for on-property use.
Perform routine OTA listing and brand.com website audits, updating operational information as needed.
Coordinate influencer visits, track results, and report on campaign performance.
Support integrated marketing projects to ensure timely, on-brand execution.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3–5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital and social media.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic graphic design skills preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively.
