First job - wood frame multifamily project in Portland ME, focus on Envelope portion They have grown substantially over the past 20 years into one of New England's premier GCs! Build high-profile projects up to $120M across various sectors: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - special projects division for life science & TI work Large enough to have a significant & stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number.
Job Description
The Lead Super is responsible for:
- Onsite daily - first job in Portland ME
- Overseeing the envelope portion of project
- Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management
- Supervision of day-to-day work in the field
- Turning out high-quality work in the largest possible quantities for the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time
- Planning in advance and ensuring the flow of personnel and materials will be available
- Managing and developing assistant super & other junior staff

The Successful Applicant
The right Lead Super has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- Good tenure with reputable firms
- Must have experience working on Multifamily projects $30M+
- MA CSL, OSHA
