Mint Condition of Raleigh-Durham is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and customer-focused Area Supervisor to join our growing team.

We are a technology-forward commercial cleaning company using technology and AI to transform the service industry. This is a field-based position with opportunities to grow and learn other areas of the business, including sales, operations, and management.

About the Role

The Area Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between our unit franchisees and our customers. The goal of this role is to help Franchisees deliver exceptional service, maintain strong customer relationships, reduce customer turnover, and identify opportunities for additional services and sales.

The Area Supervisor will regularly visit customer locations throughout the Raleigh-Durham metro area and use company technology to document inspections, observations, and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect customer accounts to ensure Franchisees are meeting service agreements and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Franchisees.
• Communicate customer requests and concerns to Franchisees and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
• Work with Franchisees to address customer complaints and develop solutions.
• Train new Franchisees and provide additional training when needed.
• Meet Franchisees at new accounts to ensure a successful start or transition.
• Review account requirements, contract details, logbooks, and customer expectations with Franchisees.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, including carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, pressure washing, deep cleaning, window washing, and seasonal services.
• Provide customers with recommendations and pricing for additional services and supplies.
• Complete account-related paperwork and submit documentation to bookkeeping and management.
• Assist with transitioning accounts between Franchisees when necessary.
• Perform other duties that contribute to the overall success of the company.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow through independently.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and objective when handling challenging situations.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company.

• Monday–Friday
