• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure optimal contract terms.
• Build and nurture a robust network of clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
• Draft, review, and manage real estate paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing documents.
• Keep informed on local market developments, zoning laws, and property valuations in Tempe and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Real Estate License
• In-depth understanding of Arizona real estate market trends and regulations
