Arlington Warehouse Supervisor- 2nd ShiftLocation: Arlington, TX (Onsite) Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday- Friday from 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM) Starting Pay: Salary | Weekly PayPosition Overview:Turn 14 Distribution is looking for a motivated and dependable 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our Arlington team! This role will be critical in managing our rapidly growing operations. Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 1- 2 Leads and 10- 20 Warehouse AssociatesResponsible for the accurate and timely approval of timesheets via Ceridian DayforceResponsible for evaluating staff and writing effective performance reviewsTracks attendance and prepares corrective action when neededAdvanced knowledge of operations in at least two departments, and can be held accountable for those areasEnsures successful preparation of the shift by arriving with enough time to receive pass-downs from the departing supervisorsCommunicates to other departments about issues in a timely fashion (Customer Support, Accounting, etc.)Ensures 5S is completed dailyUtilize reports to accurately assess and manage labor demands

Qualifications:

2 - 5 years' experience leading in hospitality, retail, construction, or other departmentsOP and Forklift Certified (or ability to complete the certification process)Positive, winning attitude and leads by exampleUnderstands how to apply our Core Values to the operationProven drive and willingness to constantly improveStrong record of managing a team that wants to performHas proficient oral and written communication skillsMakes effective judgment calls when neededAbility to efficiently and effectively resolve conflictsMaintains a safe work environment and enforces Turn 14 Distribution policiesProficient computer skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shiftAbility to safely lift and move products as requiredAbility to operate warehouse equipment and work in a warehouse environment
