Covey Security is hiring a Full-Time Armed Field Supervisor to support multiple client sites throughout the Phoenix area.

This is a mobile leadership position where you'll respond to open shifts, conduct site inspections, mentor security officers, and ensure our teams maintain the highest standards of professionalism and performance.

Schedule

• Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Cover call-offs and open shifts as needed
• Conduct site inspections and coach security officers
• Respond to incidents and support field operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations
• Maintain a visible, professional leadership presence

Requirements

• Active Arizona Armed Guard Card (required)
• Minimum one (1) year of security experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience preferred
• Professional, dependable, and able to lead by example
