ARMED FLEX SECURITY OFFICER

Charlotte County, FL | Flex

Pay Rate: $21.63 per hour

FLORIDA D AND G LICENSE REQUIRED

We are seeking an experienced Flex Security Officer to provide security coverage throughout the Charlotte County area. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working at different locations and on varying shifts based on operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior security experience required
• Experience in flex, mobile, floater, patrol, or similar coverage roles preferred
• Armed experience preferred
• Valid Florida Security D and G License required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must successfully pass MVR clearance
• Must have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations
• Open availability required - must be available to work any day and any shift based on coverage needs
• Ability to travel between assigned locations throughout the Charlotte County area
• Professional appearance, communication skills, and dependable attendance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide security coverage at various client locations as assigned
• Conduct security patrols and maintain a visible security presence
• Monitor assigned locations and respond to security concerns
• Complete required reports and documentation
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures
• Maintain flexibility to support changing coverage needs

This is a coverage-focused position. Candidates must be comfortable with varying work locations, schedules, and shifts.

This is a Full and Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.
