Armed Guard needed IMMEDIATELY for PT Queens site

All retired Police personnel are required to have a current New York State Security Guard License. Responsibilities:Respond to all incidents and conduct preliminary investigation.Prepare detailed Incident Reports.Act as the point of contact for the NYPD, FDNY, and other city agencies upon their arrival on site.Respond to all emergencies, fire alarms, criminal events, medical issues, and newsworthy incidents and provide direction while coordinating the responding emergency services response.Type and Length of Specific Experience Required5 years of Law Enforcement experience is preferred Skills RequiredAbility to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitorsAbility to interact cordially and communicate with the publicEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to assess and evaluate situations effectivelyAbility to identify critical issues quickly and accuratelyHigh attention to detailOtherMust have access to reliable transportation.Must not use illegal drugs.
