Armed Luxury Retail Security Officer

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Compensation: $23.00 per hour (approximately 22 hours per week)

Schedule:Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PMThursday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Armed Luxury Retail Security Officer to support a distinguished retail environment in Las Vegas. This role demands a steady presence, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment to professionalism.

In an atmosphere defined by precision and trust, security is delivered with discretion and quiet confidence. The ideal candidate understands the importance of presence without intrusion, maintaining a secure environment while upholding an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a composed and highly visible armed security presence
• Monitor the environment with vigilance to deter and prevent security risks
• Provide discreet, client-focused service aligned with luxury standards
• Respond to incidents with calm authority and decisive action
• Coordinate effectively with store leadership and local law enforcement when required
• Produce clear, accurate, and timely incident reports
• Uphold the highest standards of appearance, conduct, and accountability

Requirements

• Valid Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card (required)
• Valid Nevada PILB Unarmed Guard Card (required)
• Prior armed security experience (required)
• Personal firearm and full duty gear
• Background in luxury retail security, law enforcement, or military strongly preferred
• Professional, polished appearance suitable for a high-end retail setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations effectively
• Ability to remain alert and stand for extended periods
