Extrity Services is seeking a professional Armed School Security Professional to provide security services in a school environment while maintaining a people-first approach focused on prevention, professionalism, de-escalation, and relationship building.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM No weekends Key Responsibilities Handle security incidents and emergency response situations. Conduct patrols and monitor access points. Report incidents and maintain documentation. Interact professionally with the public, staff, visitors, and stakeholders. Respond appropriately to emergencies. Maintain a safe and secure environment. Required Qualifications
Active Tennessee Armed Security License Dallas Law Certification Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Previous armed security experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent report writing and documentation skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills Sound judgment in high-pressure situations
