Job Description
24/7 Security & Investigations is currently hiring professional Armed Security Officers in the Houston area. We are seeking dependable, professional, and motivated individuals who take pride in protecting people, property, and assets while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.
Our team supports a variety of assignments including commercial properties, construction sites, patrol operations, traffic control, events, and access control operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Conduct patrols of assigned properties and areas
- Monitor access points and control entry/exit activity
- Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents
- Complete detailed and accurate reports
- Respond professionally to emergencies and incidents
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and clients
- Enforce property rules and safety procedures
- Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct
Requirements
- Active Texas Level III Armed Security License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights, weekends, or flexible schedules if needed
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be dependable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
- Military experience
- Law enforcement background
- Prior armed security experience
- Supervisor or leadership experience
