Position Overview:

Global Ops seeking Armed Security Agents to support client locations across NYC. This is an active, highly visible role for professionals who remain alert, exercise sound judgment, and take pride in representing themselves and the company with professionalism. This is not a static post. Approximately 60-70% of your shift will be spent outdoors conducting foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise. Global Ops is looking for armed security professionals who understand that exceptional security begins with preparation, vigilance, sound judgment, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment

• Maintain a highly visible security presence

• Monitor and control access to client properties

• Identify, assess, and respond appropriately to suspicious activity

• Enforce site policies and security procedures

• Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and critical incidents

• Assist employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy

• Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports

Requirements:

• Valid New York State Armed Security License

• Valid unrestricted New York State Pistol Permit or a valid NYS Yellow Carry Card

• Ability to work assignments throughout Manhattan

• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions

• Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset

• Proven reliability and strong work ethic

• High School Diploma or GED

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training

Pay Range: USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
