Armed Security Guard

Phalanx Tactical Security Group is currently looking for experienced, LICENSED, ARMED, and unarmed guards to join our growing TEAM. We are very selective on who we hire on to join our TEAM. Experienced unarmed guards, prior Law Enforcement, and VETS are strongly encouraged to apply. We hold our company and those we employ to a much higher standard than most. FREE training (guard card and RANGE DAYS!!!) CPR/AED/Emergency first aid through American Heart Association, Patrol tactics, de-escalation, use of force, overdose prevention/Narcan administration through the red cross, and force option certs.

Armed REQUIREMENTS:
Current ARMED and UNARMED license for Arizona
Valid driver’s license
O/D green BDU or tactical paints
Up to date smart phone Apple or Android and the ability to write detailed reports
Body camera or some form of recording devise
Black duty belt with quality gear, black outer or concealable vest (we can assist acquisition of gear)
Quality striker fire side arm, Hollow point ammunition
Reliable transportation
Good physical condition, ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work nights weekends and Holidays
Preferred certs:
CPR/AED/FIRST AID
Taser, O.C., Handcuff, Baton

Unarmed REQUIREMENTS:
Current UNARMED license for Arizona
Valid driver’s license
Tan BDU or tactical paints
Up to date smart phone Apple or Android and the ability to write detailed reports

Reliable transportation
Good physical condition, ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
